YC6A series diesel engine is a new type turbocharged & intercooled diesel engine
co-developed by YUCHAI and FEV company, Germany, who have simultaneously developed
also the rear power take-off type engine, and so PTO driven by the gear at the power
output end can meet the special requirement of the grouting machine. Compared with
products of the same category, YC6A is featured by higher economy, better emission
stability and characteristics of operation at lower speeds and starting at lower
temperatures.
- Higher reliability
- Key parts are designed in an overall optimized way by using the finite element analysis
technique and are capable of meeting the requirement of cylinder pressure up to
150 bar;
- Cylinder head with low vortex & low resistance airflow passages ensuring stable
performance;
- Reinforced & optimized skirt of the cylinder block, ensuring smaller deformation
& higher stability of emission;
- Wet type cylinder liner with higher body & supported from the bottom ensuring
higher reliability & better maintainability;
- Adopting the technique of piston forced cooling;
- Adopting the technique of cylinder block water jacket with higher top ring;
- Adopting the pressure balancing technique of fuel-gas chamber of the crankcase;
- Built-in oil cooler ensuring higher cooling efficiency;
- Adopting the fuel injection system with BOSCH high pressure common rail or EUP;
- Adopting BOSCH P7100 fuel injection pump & P-type injector, which are capable
of meeting the requirement of cylinder pressure up to 1200 bar;
- Adopting Holset (Wuxi) new HX40W turbocharger with the air relief valve featured
by better dynamic characteristic.
- Stronger power Max. rated power 280 horse powers
- Bigger torque Max. torque 1100 N.m
- Lower emission Up to Euro-II and Euro-III standard and passed certification
of both German TUV and China State General Administration of Environmental Protection
for Euro-II & Euro-III standards for emission.
- Lower fuel & oil consumption Wider range of fuel consumption for outer
characteristic and Min. fuel consumption at full load is equal to or less than 196g/kW.h.
- Lower Noise The average noise level at a distance of 1M is equal to or less
than 97dB (A).
- Better characteristic at low temperatures It is easily started without the
cold starting device at a temperature of -18¡æ.
