Copper sleeves are inserted in pinholes. Pins contact with copper sleeves and pressures are delivered to pin base via the sleeves. ln the meantime, pinhole are finished to elliptical/evase shape to contact stress. |
Arc-welded piston is consist of two parts The piston head is cast with wear-resistance alloy ring and cooling oil-way. The piston skirt is forged. These two parts are welded together with electronic beam arc to stand with higher explosive pressure and to increase power per liter. |

For high-power diesel engine, its ring grooves will stand high pressure and high heat loads. By inserting high nickel cast-iron inlay ring, wear-resistance and heat-resistance abilities of ring grooves are improved. |
Internal cooling oil-way can reduce pollution emissions by decreasing the temperature of first piston groove. Compared with bottom oil-splash cooling, the former can carry out more power per liter. |

Combustion piston consists of a steel head and an aluminum skirt and is machined separately, which are connected together with bolts. This kind of piston can have complex cooling oil-way, oil chamber and skirt. This piston has 28% less weight than the cast-iron piston, therefore has less inertia and still retain high heat-resistance ability. |
Pendulum piston has a complex high quality heat-resistance steel head, with special cooling oil-ways and latest combusting chamber. Special-shaped pinholes are assembled with bronze sleeves. Enormous explosive pressure is transferred directly to piston pin and connecting rod through piston head. The piston skirt is made of cast duralumin. Heats of steel head will not be directly transferred to aluminum skirt. The thin-walled aluminum skirt can compensate non-uniform thermal de-formations and has less clearance between skirt and cylinder therefore has better guide ability. |

The steel expanding-control plate inserted in the piston-skirt can compensate heat expand of piston. In this way, clearance between piston and cylinder can be reduced to decrease gas and oil leakage and to improve smoothness under high speed. |
