As a result of structural modal analysis, major parts & components, such as intake system & fuel combustion system, are designed in an optimized way and featured by better dynamic characteristics, excellent economy, higher reliability, longer service life, easier operation & maintenance.

Adopting the piston-cooling technique by spraying the oil, new type piston rings and cylinder liner not only can meet requirements for engine performance & reliability, but also effectively reduce oil consumption.

Complete separation of the fuel and gas by adopting technique of fuel-gas independent return flow circuits and cyclone fuel-gas separation.

Effective reduction of piston blow-by by adopting the technique of pressure balanced fuel-gas chamber in the crankcase.

Adopting special configuration of the home-made pump and turbocharger for cost reduction together with meeting the requirement for emission and bigger torque an lower speeds.

Improved reliability by rational matching of the vibration damper and effective reduction of crankshaft¡¯s torsional vibration on the basis of its torsion characteristics.

Emission can be up to Euro-II & Euro-III standard.
